Welcome to Soulfitness. 

Health Heart Soul.

At our studios and in our classes we focus on the entire sensation of the body, including the mind and for those who want and allow, also the soul. Everyone is welcome, both experienced and beginners. 

Every class includes breathing exercises to help us set the mind and body in preparation for the following class. We also offer full breathwork sessions and energizing ice baths together with many different classes as Yoga, Fitness, Soundbath, Breathwork and Ice & Breath sessions.

Sandra Wigren

Grounder and CEO of SoulFitness.

Sandra is an international speaker, certified breathwork teacher, personal trainer and ´pain to power´ coach with over 30 years of experience within fitness and 15 years of helping people with personal growth.

SoulFitness is born out of her own trauma as a survivor from the tsunami 2004.​

The concept of implementing breathwork in all SoulFitness classes is coming from her own experience of healing and building up herself from trauma together with breathing.

Her studys of the importance of breathing is a big part of Sandras trauma release program as well as in physical and mental training.

Elvan Granth

Elvan Granth Eblé is a physiotherapist born in Greenland who spent over a decade in marketing, before chronic stress led him to a deep inner shift.

That turning point opened the door to Human Design - and helped him find his way back to himself.

 

Today Elvan guide others home to themselves through powerful, grounding practices like breathwork, ice baths, kettlebell flow, Human Design, and identity work. His sessions support deep embodiment, clarity, and purpose - helping you reconnect with who you truly are and step into the highest version of yourself.

Simone (Zoe) Ha

Simone is a certified spiritual coach, yoga, breathwork and mantra singing teacher -

who is passionate about guiding others back to their bodies and authentic selves thru emotions and true essence.

 

With a compassionate and intuitive presence, she creates safe, nurturing spaces where nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and deep self-love can unfold naturally. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with presence—and that all the answers we seek already live inside us.

Hatha and Slow yoga is her speciality in our yoga shala.

Magnus Lindroth

Magnus is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and Transformation Coach with over 20 years of experience guiding people through the body’s wisdom. He creates spaces where stress dissolves and something deeper can emerge beneath the noise. Blending breath, body, and presence, he helps you release what no longer serves and awaken what wants to come alive. Magnus invites you on a journey where body, mind, and heart breathe in harmony.

Pengkaew (Parn)

Chotika has degree in Sports and Science and teach Yoga Pilates, Aerobics, Gym Training, Aqua Aerobics and is also a fully qualified swimming instructor. 

​

At SoulFitness she offers all of the above, as well as private personal trainer sessions.

Klome Thosang

Klome Tohsang is a certified sound healing facilitator known for his deeply soothing and transformative sound healing sessions. His healing vibrations create a calming atmosphere that helps individuals reconnect with inner peace and balance.

Nink Natthaya

ound Practitioner Nink is a certified Sound Healing & Therapy practitioner, trained at the Golden Temple Singing Bowl & Healing Center, Nepal. With a deep connection to the Himalayan singing bowls, she offers sessions that calm the mind, release stress, and restore inner balance. Her warm and welcoming approach creates a safe space where people can relax deeply and reconnect with themselves. Through the gentle resonance of sound and vibration, Nink guides others not only toward peace and harmony, but also toward embracing self-love, opening the heart to healing, acceptance, and inner joy.
