A soothing blend of Yin Yoga and sacred sound. In the first part of the class, we soften into long-held Yin postures to calm the mind and open the body gently. The second part invites you into the heart of Bhakti Yoga—together we sing mantras accompanied by the harmonium, letting the vibration of these ancient sounds nourish your heart and soul. You don’t need to be a singer—just come as you are and let the music move through you.
